A basic fire alarm system covers all exit routes from the premises. At Cre8 our qualified engineers can help you plan and install a robust fire alarm system. We carry out a risk assessment and whether your system requires fire detection in other rooms or high risk areas. We can also install emergency call points.

We’ll visit your site to assess the best fire alarm solutions and prepare a comprehensive quote for the full installation.
The price also includes:
- Testing, labelling and inspecting all circuits
- Issuing relevant certificate
- Fire alarm system Log Book
- NICEIC 6-year warranty
- Notifying building control authorities (where required)
Fire Alarm Inspection and Testing
Each year, you should test your fire alarm system. Our Fire Planned Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PPMs) provide:
- 1-3 hour inspection of your fire alarm system (depending on size of premises and system)
- Inspection of documentation and records
- Identification and correction of any non-compliance issues
- Simulated fire alarm test (no sounds or bells in occupied spaces) to check for faults
- Detailed report detailing what we’ve tested, any defects and how to fix
- Test certificate valid for 6-12 months depending on outcome
