We’ll usually need to visit your premises to see the specifications to quote accurately.

No hidden charges

We agree all electrical point positions and routes with you in advance, and they’re marked out on the wall before any work begins. This makes sure nothing gets missed, and there are no misunderstandings.

Individual quotes also include:

  • Issuing relevant certificate
  • NICEIC 6-year warranty
  • Notifying building control authorities (where required)

If we find any additional issues, we’ll advise you and recommend remedial works.

Cre8 Electricity did a full rewire of our 4 bedroom house. From the very beginning, Steve and his team (Jamie and Henry) were professional, friendly and carried out the work to an extremely high standard and within the expected time.
