Electrical faults can be highly dangerous and carry a risk of electric shock or even of a fire. If you’re concerned about a fault, get in touch with us as soon as possible to prevent injury or damage.
At Cre8 Electricity, we’re highly experienced in fault finding – a specialised skill. We work fast to find the cause and work speedily to fix it. We can’t quote on faults before we determine what’s wrong, but many faults can be identified and rectified within 1-2hours.
If our fault finding uncovers a bigger problem that requires larger works to put right, we’ll offer you the choice to continue at our standard fault-finding rate, or offer you a quote to complete the entire job.
We carry an extensive range of basic parts on our vans and try to aim to fix most faults in one visit. If the fault is more complex and we need to purchase extra materials, we inform you right away and we only charge for 1-hour max to purchase supplies. A mark-up is applied to goods supplied by Cre8. If materials need to be ordered in, we’ll inform you of what’s required, how much it will cost and organise a convenient time to return. If supplies are ordered, we ask for a deposit in advance.
Small jobs require a handover and payment on completion, so you’ll need to arrange for someone to be on hand to approve the finished works and provide payment by cash, cheque or card.
